Our clean, modern facility offers plastic injection molding ranging from 28 to 77 tons in house with outsourced services up to 300 tons. Our capabilities include single shot parting line and sprue injection molding; insert molding, rubber molding, part encapsulation, and over molding.
Zender Enterprises, Ltd. has advanced experience with molding resins such as ABS, Acrylic, Nylon, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, and PVC. Other plastics include rubberized materials such as Santoprene and Kraton, along with temperature sensitive materials like Ryton, Minlon, PPS and other glass or mineral filled products. We work together with our customers and material representatives to insure the proper material is being used for your application.
